Setting up a morning routine that you can stick to

Hey moms, pops & soon to be parents - it’s your friendly neighborhood FIT DAD. 

I wanted to touch on a very important topic for your fitness journey.... nutrition. It’s true when they say, ”you are what you eat!” Below I listed out a simple yet effective morning/breakfast routine to help you stay on track with your goals. 

Do you know what’s the most important meal of the day? BREAKFAST! Why? Because breakfast sets the tone for the rest of your day. Use this time to get your mind and body into a rhythm to create greater balance in your life.

Tomorrow morning try this routine and tell me how you feel on my Instagram @JustinShawAbs

  • Wake up

  • Brush your teeth 

  • Light exercise (25 squats + 30/60 second plank) repeat 1-3 times

  • Take supplements and vitamin (on an empty stomach is best)

  • Eat a healthy breakfast with your family (plant based is my recommendation not mandatory lol)
