Do you accept returns?

Our products, made with the highest quality specially woven fabrics, are made in extremely small batches which may not be repeated. Due to the delicacy of gifting boxes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii or any other off-shore insular areas). We will be working on the logistics of expanding shipping as our business grows. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

When can I expect my order to ship?

MiLOWE typically ships within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed from Los Angeles. We ship to the contiguous US via USPS. Expect to receive your package within 4 to 5 business days. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you know that your item shipped and you will be able to track it during transit.
