Tell us your story! We’d love to hear a little bit about yourself and what it means to be a Life Alchemist.

Almost eight years ago, my world was so different then it is today. I was living in NYC as an accomplished Fashion Producer for a top beauty brand. At the time, I was married, and we were starting a family of our own. My pregnancy is what sparked this deeper questioning of who I was and why. It was the beginning of my spiritual awakening and journey.

Fast forward two years of trying to balance being a career woman and “super” mom left me burnt out and very unhappy. I wanted to change career paths for a more flexible schedule for my son. I was also gaining more in-depth knowledge of the practices of self-realization that made me realize I wanted to become a transformational life coach. I left my job after ten years in corporate America and focused my energy on coaching.

My family and I decided to move to California for a fresh start. My marriage was on a low and had been for a while, and we had agreed sunny San Diego would do the trick in mending our broken marriage.

It was in San Diego, where I stumbled upon energy healing, and it turned my world upside down.

In my time of trying to juggle a broken marriage, new city, new career path, and being a mom, I was searching for an outlet and still not entirely happy with how my life was unfolding. I found a shaman who was an energy healer, and I decided to try an energy healing session. It’s so hard to put into words the feeling after my session, but I felt such peace and love inside of me. It was as if I had released this heavyweight that made my soul feel so much lighter. I decided to do more sessions and use energy healing as a tool to better understand my healing journey. The thing about energy healing is that it moves the stagnant energy and brings things to the surface that need to be healed, things that, at times, are well hidden in your psyche.

After my experience with energy healing I needed to incorporate this modality in my coaching practice, and I become a Reiki Master thanks to a wonderful teacher in San Diego who guided me along with my own healing. When you take the time out to learn spiritual tools, it’s an entire lifestyle overhaul.

I realized a lot about myself and my journey during that time. I healed inner child wounds, ancestral patterns. I realized my marriage was a very toxic one and filed for a divorce. I uncovered my spiritual gifts and have been fine-tuning them ever since.

My business has evolved as much as I have. After years of working with clients, I’ve developed specific programs that follow a unique three-part approach combining the benefits of spiritual guidance, energy healing, and transformational coaching because they work together beautifully.

All the tools I have learned along the way from my personal healing I use to guide others on their healing journey. As we are feeling and seeing in the world, change needs to happen, and it begins with the journey inward.

Alchemy by definition, is a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. As a life alchemist, I guide others through this magical process of transformation, creation, and ultimately liberation.

How many kids do you have, what ages?

I am a single mama raising a son who is six years wild.

What are your favorite healing modalities for stressed-out parents?

I love reiki and sound alchemy infused together. It’s exactly what a tired parent needs as it doesn’t require you to do anything. You simply relax while receiving treatment and after a session you will feel calm, focused, grounded, renewed, and rested. This is a must on your selfcare list if you need a reset, feel depleted, heavy, confused or depressed. The best part is that distant healing is available and just as effective. Energy can be tapped into regardless of where you are in the world.

How do you network as a parent and a businessperson?

I am lucky enough to be the Local Community Organizer for HeyMama LA and have made so many amazing connections, both in my personal and business life.

Where do you go for inspiration on the web and in real life?

I love going to nature for my inspiration and I read a lot of spiritual books.

What is the first website you visit every morning?

I am currently enjoying explore.org with my son. They do livestreams all over the world. We just love watching nature footage.

What are you three favorite Instagram accounts to follow?

@Generationmindful, @doctorshefali, @theconsciouskid

What is on your to do list for today?

We are two weeks into our quarantine, I have three clients to see virtually and we have a virtual family dance party at 5 pm. It’s all about balance! 😉

Describe motherhood in one sentence.

There is a saying that I love that embodies what motherhood is for me. “When the student is ready, the master will appear.” Believe it or not, we as mothers are the students.

Anything else you want to add?

We are currently experiencing some challenging times, have so much compassion for yourself and your children. Honor your feelings, but always remember to choose the frequency of love over fear because love and community are what will get us through this. Our children will not remember anything Corona Virus, but they will remember how they felt during this time.

And finally, where can we find you?
